Developing standard terms for supply.

Supplying electricity to premises.

Procuring electricity from Oman Power and Water Procurement(OPWP).

Calculation and issuance of customer bills

The planning of energy procurement for their customers.

The purchase of power from generators (via OPWP or from independent or distributed generation) or from the wholesale market, when established.

Collection of Government Subsidy.
